The Thalle Industries Recycling Facility in Elmsford, NY, conveniently located near the
intersection of I-87 and I-287, takes in rock, concrete and asphalt from construction
projects. We accept only clean, uncontaminated concrete, asphalt pavement and rock
that has not been in contact with a spill from a petroleum product, hazardous waste or
industrial waste and that is not commingled with any other solid waste.
The Elmsford Recycling Facility has been in operation since 1997. Our products have
passed the most rigorous environmental tests and have been used as Clean Fill for
environmental remediation projects. The material has been tested to NYSDEC Part 375
standards when required.

The Village of Irvington, NY has created a waterfront park on a former industrial site.
The park was the first project completed under New York State’s Brownfield Program.
The five-hectare park includes baseball fields, a soccer field, tree-lined walks, open
